Every interaction we have with another, we are seeking something, what one might hold as a higher value might not be to someone else...

Hence there is where the PERCEIVED value comes from...  

The biggest thing we all need to remember when working with others, and getting clear on 
what the relationship is and what exactly is their desired outcome is so you can map out the best Course of action to give the Value that situation requires and within that keeping true to what you believe Your Value is.]]></description>
