Asking For Referrals…So That You Get Them (Videos)

Let’s break temporarily from our recent series of discussions and take a couple of quick looks regarding the referral process.

First, the reason why, when we ask people who would like to refer us, they can’t come up with any names.

And, now, how to overcome that challenge gently and effectively.

    Hi Bob,

    GREAT post – thanks for sharing yourself on video. I’m the same way with jokes – can’t remember a thing unless triggered.

    I’ll be forwarding this to my BNI chapter and extending a link to the regional directors. These ideas are SO important for people striving to serve new customers by way of referral.
