Thank you, Sarah. It was truly an honor to be asked by you to participate. And, yes, I definitely encourage everyone to join your entire 30 day program by going to your link at http://bit.ly/30daygame.

Heather, terrific suggestions.

Tom, thank you for your great help. I went in and changed it and now it's working fine. Much appreciated!

Bob,
If you get rid of the "#disqus_thread" at the end of the linked URL it won't take you to the discussion thread, it will leave you at the top of the page. When a URL ends in #label it means: take me to this page and scroll to this label.

Great post Bob! Unfortunately I can't get in to leave a comment there for some reason!
You asked for a couple of ideas from readers ,so here are mine:

1. Every morning I make a point to reply/engage w/at least 5 people on twitter, & then 5 to RT before I post 'what I want to say'. Yes, it's a little thing, but it starts my day in 'giving mode' :)

2. I make a point of not only showing gratitude, but giving a public 'shout out' to people via facebook & twitter whenever I see an opportunity. I believe that acknowledging others is one of the greatest gifts of all!

3. Whenever I speak, do workshops, etc I always have a clear goal in mind. For example, if its a 1hour event I tell myself to "Make sure that just 15min is worth what they paid for". I believe value is in the eye of the beholder. Sometimes the value to one may not be as great as I would like it to be. By giving 4 times what I believe something is worth, I can be more assured that people will always feel like they got more than they paid for!

Thanks for discussion :)
