I also recommend SCORE for Life and The Power of Full Engagement. The good news is almost everyone can be a super achiever. The bad news is most people aren't willing to do what it takes and pay the price to be a super achiever.

Bob,

You hit the nail on the head; or should I say Colvin and Gladwell did. I've read Outliers and will get the Colvin book this weekend. Being an old (emphasis on old) athlete I have seen too many average talent players rise to the top because of their desire, persistence and dedication to their dream. Sound familiar? I offer two talents: Michael Jordan who worked hard throughout his entire career and Allen Iverson who thought practice was for the other guy. Iverson has left numerous NBA championship rings and who knows how many millions of dollars resting on his talent.

Thanks for the great job of inspiration you do.
