You took the upsell script they gave you and added your own terrific touch to it. Very well thought-out. I wish you were receiving a commission for each upsell you make happen. I work as a postal clerk and upselling is something I do everyday. I offer my customers additional services to track and/or insure the packages they mail each day. I end each upsell offering with the phrase "I call this peace of mind". Not only do they appreciate the upsell but they walk away with a extra intangible feeling of goodwill. Great training Bob!
