Good Evening, Bob

You've rendered a good service by putting out this message. I have followed your same procedure up through the first level and have achieved my purpose. If necessary would go through the second step as you have outlined.

Many thanks,
Bill

Good advice, I think I practice this and really that is the way we should respond when someone has a problem or concern with us as well. I will remember this next time and and strive to be a better Yes person myself. We need to teach this to our kids :) I am also reminded of the power of No, let not your mouth over work our back, and it is always better to say No not this time, or not immediately, or No, but if things change, than say Yes and not follow through with your Yes.
