Al, thank you for your always kind words. Like Bill, you gave a great summation. Only thing I might say is that rather than “Give to Receive”…you “Give to Give” with Receiving being the natural result. Just semantics. Sometimes, it’s simply in the framing. Thank you again, my friend!

Thanks Bob. Some more great advice. CONNECT, by asking the feel good questions and the one key question and LISTEN to the answers, ADD VALUE and FOLLOW-UP.

Like you have said many times, especially in a short 5 minute meeting, it HAS to be about the other person, not you. Give to Receive. Love it !
